Its mission is to build bridges between project promoters and their host communities. With its team of top experts, it works with organizations involved in the mining, industry, land use planning, renewal energy and transportation sectors, among others. Its unique expertise blends the business objectives of enterprises and organizations with the socio-economic, community and environmental needs and expectations of local and Indigenous communities. As a Certified B Corp, <em>Transfert <\/em>promotes a win-win approach for all, including organizations, civil society, residents and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Institut du Nouveau Monde (INM), for its part, will contribute its expertise in citizen participation with different public groups. Closer to home, INM has, among other things, worked on the design, facilitation and coordination of a public participation approach to redesigning the framework used by Gatineau to encourage involvement by its residents in municipal affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Table ronde Participation publique, an association of self-employed workers, will look after training\/facilitation for the project\u2019s public consultations. The expert overseeing the file, Hugo Mimee, has more than 25 years of solid experience in citizen participation and meeting facilitation. He is one of only two professionals in Quebec certified in public participation by the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last but not least, online participation platform Cocoriko will look after the digital aspect of the public consultations, enabling residents to respond to questionnaires, take part in walls of ideas, and find the information they need to participate at any level in one spot.
